At Maison Close, we strive for perfection in every silhouette; however, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, we accept returns of unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel must be returned with all protective strips and tags intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all labels are attached, and include the printed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
